Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta at the customer's expense.

Order fulfillment time is 7-14 business days by arrangement. Depending on the complexity and quantity of products.

Payment for goods

Cashless payment, prepayment:

After receiving and agreeing with you on the order, the manager will send you an invoice. The fact of receipt of money is the bank statement, which is received every morning for the previous day. All necessary documents are provided.

Payment by card via Privat24 and other online services to our account.

After receiving and approving the order with you, the manager will send you an invoice for payment to the individual entrepreneur.

Terms of return and exchange of goods

Goods of proper quality purchased at retail, paid for in cash, by bank card or by bank transfer, may be returned or exchanged in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase. Goods of proper quality shall be exchanged if they have not been used and their commercial appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, as well as the invoice issued to the consumer together with the goods sold have been preserved. The list of goods that are not subject to exchange (return) on the grounds specified in this Article shall be approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Goods of proper quality purchased on wholesale terms (paid by non-cash bank payment) can be returned or exchanged by agreement of the parties or in accordance with the terms of the signed contract.
